Join us for some slow flowing and mindful yoga in the garden. We shall gently explore the breath, the senses, and how it feels to move, becoming present for moment to moment experiences in our minds and bodies. The yoga movements will be balanced with stillness in meditation and relaxation.  

Building on this inner tranquillity, we shall then explore a selection of essential oils, focusing on the scents and discovering those which enhance our sense of calm and wellbeing.

This mindful yoga session is suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience, and will take place in the gardens and River Meadow, weather permitting (or in the Geodome if it is inclement) from 10am to 11.30am.   Blankets will be provided.  The exploration of scent & wellness will take place in the relaxed space of the Geodome.  


Please bring:


  • A yoga mat
  • Loose, comfortable clothing such as T shirt & leggings/ yoga pants 
  • Outdoor footwear for walking in the meadow & gardens
  • Warm layers and outerwear if the weather is damp/cool
